My opinion, (and I do a great deal of candlelight photography), is this is the best of the series. Note though how the camera focused on the contrast of the necklace, and not the eyes. This is a real hazard when shooting in low light situations with an auto-focus camera. It’s important to force the camera to focus on the eyes in a candlelight image. True story – was doing some studio work of a lovely young lady in lingerie using just a candle for the exposure. (ISO 100, 3-second exposure at f3.5 with camera on a tripod) My camera was a manual focus, and try as I might, I just couldn’t see well enough in the dark room to get the focus clearly. Finally in desperation I focused on the strap of her black lingerie next to her breast and took the shot not even thinking about the field of focus with such a large aperture. When the client saw the proof, she became quite agitated and angry, as I had obviously focused on her breast and not her face and it was quite apparent because of the f 3.5 aperture. From that day on I’ve always used a flashlight to focus on the eyes before taking the photo.

I was going to say exactly what Gayle said....I am not kidding. I don't know the reason, can't put my finger on it, but this one drew me immediately.

This one draws me the most, Liza, when I look at the whole group.
