After the Thanksgiving feast, dishes are washed and carefully stored back on their shelf. A fine coffee is brewed, eggnog mixed. With maybe a nip of holiday cheer added to one or the other.

We all move to the family room, loosen our belts and strech out in our favorite chairs.

Brandy and Ryan bring dusty boxes up from the basement and carefully begin to unpack the delicate Christmas ornaments. Now it is time to start decorating the Christmas tree.

Brandy supervised Skyler as he place the sparkling decorations here and there on the tree. She jokes that she will have to decorate the tree twice; but, when she and Skyler are done we all decide it looks just right.

Being able to share holidays and my world with friends, family and all of the rest of you is really what I'm most thankful for. Thank you everyone.
