Today was for the birds. Wanda and I, plus our hiking buddy Ken, spent the afternoon in the mountains. I really wanted to get a good capture of a Mountain Bluebird and again I struck out. I still had a great evening and got some decent bird photos. Here is a little Chipping Sparrow.

Here is a White-crowned Sparrow singing his heart out and a Broad-tailed Hummingbird.



Here is a little bird I'm not positive of its identification. I think it is a flycatcher of some sort


I know I was smelling bad after my hike; but, when you have a half a dozen of these guys circling right over head it makes you wonder
