I had a bit of fun chasing this bumble bee around the garden. I tried to get him in flight but the Tamron lens just doesn't focus fast enough.

Steve, I use my 550EX on high-speed sync. I set it about -2/3 FEC with the camera in Av mode. It is enough flash to fill a little but more to give me the highlights I need.
