Our air conditioning died a few days ago. Yesterday the repair guy tore it apart and today he was supposed to be at our place at 8:00 AM to put in a new fan motor. It is after 9:00 and he ain't here yet. Wanda might be sitting on that porch for a long time today.

Update: Company did call, the motor we need has arrived and their tech will be out to install it today! Yay! Wanda

I thought poor service was something we only got down here in the non-union South. Over the years I fired a lot of contractors at our Utility because not only would they not show up on time they would not even call.
