Vasek Polak Manhattan Beach License Plate - Sample 2

I was surprised to see this Vasek license plate configuration, I'm not at all familiar with and it does look original and period correct. The details of the manufacturer of this plate are the same as my Vasek early plate, see here

I have a Mangattan beach frame but the back ground is black. It also has No. 9 on the back, is it also an early one?
Do you know the average value? Looking to sell it.
I will post some pictures when I figur it out.
