73' RSR Steel Fenders

...An excellent reproduction set of the '73 RSR Steel fender flares.

By the way, since I posted these photos, it was confirmed by ANDIAL, Carl Thompson, Jim Torres and several other Porsche experts that these are not factory original 1973 Porsche 911 RSR steel fender flares. The Porsche factory original fender flares have a distintive "step" running along the entire outer edge of the fender lip designed to overlap the existing body panel. Besides, these panels are clearly not 30+ years old, they are gas-welded and look as they were recently formed.

If anyone has any photos of the Porsche factory original steel fender flared parts, I would be very appreciative if you would email them to me so I can add them to this website. Thank you very much.

dear Warren, please contact info@carpoint.de, we recently remanufactured RSR steel flares. We scanned a genuine car, made a steel tool and pressed them in one piece. I sold so far to a couple of the old racing boys in Germany, Switzerland and England. All of them were delighted. We also have ST flares ally bootlid frames and complete bonnets, The RSR filler neck as a piece, thin glass all round (no front screens) RSR oilcoolers and and and .. mail for complete list of nearly 200 parts. unfortunally not with pictures on my homepage yet. ;-) regards Andreas
