I'm doing my 1974 Targa. What I'm having a hardtime finding is the front spoiler with the cut out for an extra oil cooler/ tranny cooler. If you could let me know where you got yours it would be appreceated

By the way, did you remove the steel fender flareshttp://www.pbase.com/slidevalve911rsr/image/57053437 to install the 74' RSR? If so, which 74' RSR flare fenders did you use, originals or reproductions?

Hi,
I have a race car that had a lot of original RSR parts on it. During all the years of racing and modifying I ended up with a lot of original and or copied parts including an engine of a 3.0 RSR so I decided to build an accurate replica to be able to compete in the FIA historic championship for GT cars pre 1976, the old group 4. (www.fia-historic-racing.com)
I needed a 1974 body to put all the parts in so Nick Moss sold me his car without an engine and gearbox. Nick's car had been used in racing for a quite some time and it had some old battle scars which I decided to fix properly. So the car got stripped down again and it had a new inner rear wing and few other bits an pieces done. Also all the strengthening was done acording to the homologation papers. It should be ready to go for paint just after Christmas. I am still deciding on the colour so I could do with some help here. I cannot decide!!!!
If I find how to put some pictures up I will.
