#35 Then and Now

Taken from the same spot 26 months apart. That seemed like a good old 19th century farm house plus out buildings removed to make way for high density manufactured housing.

other sizes: small medium large original auto

A shame to lose the heritage of this area.

Going to happen in my little neighborhood someday! They call it “Progress” and people have to live somewhere they can afford, but at the same time sometime Progress = Greed. You know the developer will never live here or their children, but their grand kids will have a slum to live in. Great then and now! V

Give me the old farmhouse anytime! I see so much of this going on around here and it is disturbing. Good documentary shot. V

Such is life.
I accept progress, but do wonder if we could convert older buildings for new use a little bit more.
