Nimbus is one of Tucson's oldest Microbreweries, and they do have a decent menu for one. Their $9 Reuben, served with fries but no pickle spear, looked promising. The cheese was coming out nicely and the bread was toasted just right. But then I took a bite and was treated to corned beef that was extremely tough due to the grizzle that ran through the few pieces of corned beef that made up the sandwich.The sauce was good and the fries were good, but their Reuben was the WORST ONE that I have had to date- an F-. Had the waiter come by I would have complained. The only saving grace was the meal was paid for by a friend....They have since closed down.
