I did not go to Culver's, which is a national Chain, specifically for their Reuben. In just happened to be their for a dinner with a group of friends and when I looked at the menu and saw they had a Reuben, well I could not resist. The sandwich itself is $6 or $8 if you get a side and drink, which I did. The quantity of corned beef and the overall size of the sandwich was less than most of the other Reubens that I've had, but it was also less expensive. The corned beef was tender and lean. Rather than having an actual pickle on the side, it had a just a two slices of dill pickle on the top of the sandwich. I also thought the thousand island dressing was just a bit too sweet. Nothing too exciting about the fries. Overall Grade: B-.
