As you can see, by using -1/3 EV exposure compensation or increasing the aperture, purple fringing is not eliminated, but it is reduced. Both techniques work about equally well in my eyes. Compared to the F10, the F30 seems to do very slightly worse in the PF department, but you'd only notice this in 100% crops like these.
