New Pet - April 15, 2005

My friend John hates cats. He said he'd rather have another pet. Anything but cats, said he. Be
careful what you wish for, said I. :) This is not quite as sharp as I'd like, but it was taken
through the kitchen window for a shot of John's new and somewhat shy pet.

Cute foto!! I am looking at cat photos, and ran across your 'possum.last year, we had a 'possum wandering around our house and i caught him sleeping with my cats in their cat bed outside.he hung out for a few weeks and just left. i never saw him when it was light enough to get a good shot of him. Cheryl

Great capture. I've only seen one (alive anyway) once in my life, as it was scurrying away. Cute little buggers!

Nice possum. We have one that lives under our house. They like corn, too.

Ok, maybe the tail of a possum is not the cutest thing, but I think the rest of a possum is adorable, including this one. Good photo. (We have them around our home - usually late at night - in Los Angeles.)
