Today ended up being totally different to what was planned. I was booked on a 1030 seaplane flight with Company 'A'. When I went to confirm at 0900, they kindly informed me that the particular one I was booked on was broken and therefore my flight was cancelled. To cut an extremely long story short, I managed to get on a 1630 flight with Company 'B'. Thanks guys!

So, I spent the day sitting around Strahan (I wasn't sure what time the flight was going to be until it was 1430).

The first few photo's are from a rainforest walk from 'Peoples Park' and then some from the sawmill and then, finally, from the scenic flight.

What a day! I got back to the car at about 1845 and then drove to Devonport. What can I say about that drive, late in the afternoon and then into the evening other than to say that the andrenalin feels like it's still in my veins!
