Queens Birthday Salute - 24th September, 2005

Perth 'celebrates' the Queens birthday on the 26th of September this year. Now, it's not REALLY her birthday on this day, but we all play along as it's nice to get a day off on the Monday!

Anyway, on Saturday, there was a 21 gun salute rendered (thanks to Zopi on POTN for the right word here) to Queen Elizabeth in honour of her birthday, in Kings Park. I went along, armed with my 20D and 70-200mm lens.
