This photo is taken about half way along Fraser Avenue, on the way to the War Memorial. Apologies for the crappy shot, but it was taken using available light. The number of people gives you some idea of the atmosphere. Police and media have estimated that 30,000 people attended the Dawn Service here in Kings Park.
