A group of Kittywakes. These birds are common in the islands of Breiđafjörđur. This picture is taken from the boat but it sails within a few meters from the islands as the face of the rock
reaches several meters down into the sea so there is no danger of runnin aground when nearing the rock. The Kittywake is used to these visits to it don´t bother them when the boat arrives.
