Rather difficult to get this image if you are not there early in the day as it gets crowded with people trying to get their photo with the longhorn.

Unfortunately, but with good reason, they have a chain around this to prevent people from getting in amongst the flowers for the photo op.
I do think it looks much better with the chain removed as I have done here.
