Dallas is a difficult city to navigate if you do not have a car.
DART train service is now in existence which is helpful and now includes service from the surrounding "bedroom" communities.

Parking in Dallas is at a premium and nearly everywhere you go, you will pay.
Maybe that's why I like Fort Worth. Lots of free parking!

Several of my very favorite places in the area are the Dallas Arboretum, White Rock Lake, and Lake Ray Hubbard.
I definitely prefer nature to city but I will attempt to show you a little bit of both.
