A beautiful spring day and I decide to visit the Cottonwood Art Festival with my little black pug, Mollie Sue.
We park in the lot opposite the venue and walk across the side street and what do we find but a rotting duck carcass and a McDonalds bag!

And once again... I am on a rant! Can you tell?

So, they have this lovely festival two weekends a year and it attracts hundreds and hundreds of people... maybe even thousands, but the city of Richardson can't clean up their mess?
And believe me, this duck carcass did not suddenly happen, and it is not in an out of the way place!

Do I now have to carry my garbage bag to an art festival to pick up dead carcasses?

And if this photo embarrasses you in Richardson... then good!
And I hope it will create some action!
