As a result of "falling in love" with this cow standing in the bluebonnets in the Texas Hill Country, I have come close to being a vegetarian.

I have eaten meat all of my life, but something has happened to make me rethink my need for meat as opposed to my love for animals.
Yes, I still eat a little bit, so I am not there yet.

As I reach for that package of "sanitized" meat under plastic in the supermarket,
in my mind I see this gentle cow's face looking back and then I ask myself...

"Do I really need this or should I just get some veggies, pasta, beans, etc.?"

Obviously, this is reflective in more ways than one!
