The old man was cleaning out his wallet for the last time.
(He had moved to a home-care facility since he had no one to
look after him in his old age.) As the aides were helping him get
settled, they told him to forfeit his wallet so it could be securely
locked away. It was then, when he was removing his old papers,cards,etc.
from his wallet,that he found this old picture of a girl he always loved
but sadly she had married someone else. Tears glistened in his eyes as he
tore the photo into tiny pieces and a nurse's aide took it away in the old
Shoprite bag he had brought with him to the "Happy Days" nursing home.
