We are heading for summer and the cicadas have arrived. There are approximately 200 species of cicadas in Australia, some with a 120 decibel song! This is the shell of the cicada which I found on our garage door. Its around 2cm (less than an inch)long. I am just awaiting our cat to bring in its original inhabitant!
