This image pushes a lot of buttons for me. My father spent the back half of WWll in Australia while in the RN. His war time album has tons of pictures of the Sydney harbour and bridge. From a young age I have had a fascination with square rigged ships and 18th and 19th century sea faring. I'm well read on the exploits of Bligh and Fletcher, and Bounty has visited here in Kingston. Not bad for one image. Your work is a great example of how it should be done.

Sheila,

These photo's are stunning. I'm about to buy a EOS350D as my first SLR camera, I was really unsure whether to go with a Canon EF 75-300mm USM IS or the 70-200 f/4L, needless to say your pictures have won the argument. At least I'll know the lens isn't too blame for any bad shots!

Paul.
