18 January: Rainbow Super Salad

Thirty years ago when we came to live in our house we were surrounded by fields.
We do have some very close by but, as well as other shops, we have a full blown Marks & Spencer within walking distance!
So I put my wellies on and went to buy pizza and this 'Rainbow Super Salad'.
It looks a bit messy but it was delicious!

I used to live within walking distance of a huge M&S when we were in Sandhurst. I didn't have any idea how much I'd miss it! Lucky you....
