New York, New York, a helluva town.
The Bronx is up, but the Battery's down.
The people ride in a hole in the groun'.
New York, New York, it's a helluva town!

I really like this image, Kent. It captures the feeling of breathing space in such a crowded city. I agree with Galina about how well you managed the light here - nothing is lost in those shadows. It's also got wonderful dimensionality - the reflection of the building in the back is suggests the city is ongoing.

Excellent capture, Vote.

Sun is good helper for you here, Kent. Reflections and shades adorn the view.
Two special compliments: one for proportions in composition and another for management such difficult light.

Yes - the starburst are really nice adds here! But even without them this is a great composition in wonderful contrasts, light, shadows and colors! And yes - I love the blueish overall tonality too! Very nice winter impression of your hometown Kent!
