Powerful: compositionally, some dark clouds, an approaching storm and an approaching male, maybe several, judging by the silhouetted shadows on the railing. Evening light casts a warm golden glow over the western part of the city, and on the distant high-rises and is glimpsed on cabs through cut-outs below. The "floodlight" on the young woman dramatizes the shapeliest of legs and lustrous shoulder-past hair, and includes his sandy locks and ear cartilage in its beam. So three dimensional an image, that it makes you think that you are one of the silhouettes there, ready to gaze alongside her.
