poetry in motion, I am truly impressed by this gallery, starting from simple idea all the way to the execution and final result. Idea is superb, I haven't seen anything like this before and find it very refreshing, including older gentleman doing his exercises is a fantastic foreground for the moon, presenting it in bw takes away colour distractions, you have right amount of image, just enough to make it flow and not repetitive. This indeed is a very complete and original peace of work. Congrats Kal. Peter

When images become sensations... It's a different way to make a tribute to the moon, which has always exploitesd in a too mawkish way by pseudo poets of the common places... I like the slow dance of the blurred man and the fact he never looks at the mon actually. The moon is here like the dot on the "i" of the word "image", necessary, nearly fundamental, but not the central topic.... Great series! Marisa

Thankyou Ana and Duncan! The gallery is meant to be viewed as 8 images together side by side. The flow of the moon in a tidal wave is part of the intention in this image Ana (and I call it one image intentionally!), as is the gradual exposure of his body from the head and hands in the first, to the waste at the end and the sharpness as you so cleverly noticed. It (the moon) is the only anchor in the picture, the rest is fleeting and changing.....K

This is a little movie like gallery, full of movement, but also somehow abstract, because we... I should say I cannot see the images well. I am not wearing my glasses and both the colour hues and the sharpness fades somehow... You've start with the most blurred of all the images and end up with the sharpest one and they do work well together as we go from one to the next watching the man's movements. But now I have to say that I really like the gallery like this... with all the photos showing, so that I can also be aware of the movent of the moon :) Maybe it's because of the title... Interesting work Kal.
