Really powerful image here. Great composition. Funny how a title can convey so much - you could have easily called this "The Prisoner" for a totally different meaning.

A big smile for the way you've seen this one and composed it so well. The woman seems to be captive, under that hard concrete wall and iron bars... the way you've shot it makes it look like it's an impossibly high wall... No escape from that tower!! And yet she's free... that phone in her hand is magical here.

Although she is hemmed in by concrete and steel (she looks as if she is in a bunker) her words will bring comfort to her and to others. An image rich in irony and incongruity, Kal.

Remember "Rear Window"? I think this image has a similar terrifying story to tell.

Ah women... condemned to talk, instead of acting...

Nice candid. Your framing and pattern added a brilliant touch to the entire image. Very well seen :)

The marble voice rolling around the maze.Trapped, cornered and with no escape.Even her movement is silenced by the velveteen shadows and cushioned into dying echos by the hollow mocking wooden sealed gates.

Jan Vermeer, "Girl with silver cellphone".
And a perfect representation of of the sad condition of women, all over the world...

What a nice way to frame the girl. It's s candid with abstract and geometrical elements all at once. Also the hues are in such a perfect balance, it's nearly a duotone!
I fully agree with Filip, this picture would not have had the same impact in black and white.

Cool candid:-)

Wonderful framing and repetitive pattern. I also like how you chose to show this in color and not your usual black and white (works better this way, I think). Good work.
