Me too! I have to get over this instinct of black and white. I do know that I compared these two before posting, but as always my decision was biased. I much prefer this in colour, and as you say Agnes, the militaristic side of this image comes through so much more clearly.

Okey..here i think the same way as Phil did..the colored version gives a bigger surface to see,what u want to express..the red wall make a great contrast with the greens of the hats,and shirts....The whole image has a very stright -soulderish mood..as it needs to be..and the man just rip it with hes movement....Nice balanced shot ..
