Oh how I wish he was on his own!! I followed him for about 50m (150 ft in your language!!), but they were together and this is the closest I got Phil. Half a loaf it is Phil, and I resisted posting it for a long while. You make an important point here, about what constitutes expression. Anyone looking at this image sees and feels the abstraction and the incongruity and human values, that makes it expressive. The extra legs/feet detract, and it becomes a less perfectly executed image, the expression is lessened, but it doesn't and can never disappear completely.
Wonderfully abstracted, and thereby made incongruous, expressing the human value of fantasy. The only thing keeping it from being a perfect image is the person coming out of the balloons at right. If it was just the balloon seller himself, it would have been perfect. But better a half a loaf than none at all, right?
