The fjords of Patagonia are different than what I remember the fjords of Norway (and New Zealand I've been told) being. In fact, it wasn't until attending one of the lectures, that I realized we had actually been traversing the fjords for the past day or so. The Patagonia fjords are for the most part, wider channels with rugged snow-covered mountains sloping down to the fjord. Many glaciers also come right down to the fjord. The last few pictures in the gallery show glaciers at the end of a fjord where we dropped anchor for the Captain's Dinner on our last evening on the ship.
