Magellanic penguins are 'warm-weather' penguins and live primarily off the coasts of Argentina and southern Chile, and in the Falkland Islands. Unlike the Gentoos, Adelies and Chinstraps, they build their nests in bushes and burrows, vs. the rock nests of the other species.
This is a colony of Magellanic penguins at Seno Otway, near Punta Arenas, Chile.
