D. Wickham & Co. (Class 109) Driving Trailer Composite with Lavatory (DTCL) E56171 (b.1957) and Driving Motor Brake Second (DMBS) E50416 (b.1957) stand at Carrog station on the Llangollen Railway with the 11.06 departure to Llangollen on 16 August 2016. Initially preserved at the Chasewater Railway in 1981, the two-car unit was restored at the Midland Railway Centre between 1994 and 2003 thanks to a £129,000 Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) grant.
