Bellaire Drive in Lakeview

This is one of the scenes that I gauge the progress or no progress in the Lakeview area. The photo below was taken on August 6, 2006. The "Noah's Ark--no politicians" has been added to the boat since last I photographed it.

I kind of like it there as well. I think it should stay. A sad reminder, but on the other side it appears like hope to me for some reason.
