Bald Eagles Building a Nest

They returned from migration to find that their nest of ten years had been destroyed in Hurricane Isaac. They found another strong cypress and are in the process of building.
It appears they are having an argument, perhaps because the process is not going quickly enough.
Considering this was a bare tree a week ago and considering that they fly a distance with a branch in their talons to this height of at least 50 feet, I think they are doing beautifully.

Gorgeous shot, Coleen. I think the nest is progressing nicely, they're luck to have that Spanish moss for a soft lining material, not available up here.
