A typical Japanese home was rebuilt at the Children Museum using traditional Japanese tools only.
This outside street scene is actually a partial fake. A large photo of a typical street in Japan forms the wall just outside the home.
The view is similar to the "camera tricks" employed by movie makers. Everything beyond the two red cones is a photo. The bicyclist is part of the photo.
