Russian Cossacks Dance Ensemble "Don" preserves the four centuries of folk art of the Cossack peoples who inhabit the wide plains along the Don River in Russia's southern and rastern frontiers.
The Ensemble reproduces the ethnic songs and dances of the region in their original form. Songs painstakingly selected from an immense historical catalog accompany dances that range from explosively energetic to gracefully elegant. Don Cossack of Rostov program combinesmusic, traditional costumes and sowrdplay dance to entertain audiences`worldwide.
Few in number, however great in performance, they are such talented artists.
