We intended to stay overnight in Amsterdam, but could not find accomodation. However, the tourist office managed to find us a room in Sheveningen, a town on the beach by the North Sea. When we arrived the weather was nice, so we booked a second night and spent a day walking along the beach and on paths throught the sand dunes behind the beach.
