28 Rear flag is out again as we left off back packers at the NFS base camp

The National Forest Service has a base camp set up where back packers can hike out from into the San Juan National Forest. There are no vehicles allowed in this forest and the only way to get to this base camp is by the train, so it and the other 2 will stop here to let off and pick up hikers.
