The relevance of the content of the photo may only be apparent to those who have seen a particular TV sketch on “The Two Ronnies.”
The scene is a hardware shop and the plot is the misunderstandings possible through poor pronunciation of the English language.
i.e. Four Candles and Fork Handles.

I only count 3, (unless you used one to light the picture) but I guessed it from the thumbnail.
