The sundial forms a roundabout at Seven Dials just north of Covent Garden.
I went up there this morning from Ma’s especially for this photo.
The inscription reads:
This sundial was built in 1694 by Edward Pierce and Thomas Neale.
Removed from Seven Dials in 1773 and rebuilt 1989
