At the start of April the front garden contained another couple of trees, a vast low ground covering conifer and a hedge.
These were removed and since then birds have flocked to the bird table and feeders.
The bare ground has sprouted a plethora of lovely weeds, wild flowers and things that have come up from the dropped bird seed.
I shall be sorry to see them go next week.
