Today we celebrated our thirty-fifth wedding anniversary.

We had a happy day watching the birds on the new feeders whilst we made the lists of things to take on holiday, followed by pottering in the workshop and garden.

A jolly good steak supper was followed by the penultimate episode of the wonderful RSC version of Nicholas Nickleby on our DVD.

I love Adrienne very much, she is still the girl I married.
