Love the shadows here, Chris. Funny, I was thinking of photographing a traditional red box in view of the talk of ditching 10,000 phone boxes over the UK in view of the wider use of mobile phones. That's about 10% of the total.
I'm sure there will be much pressure to retain many of the red ones. I can see ones like these going especially where there are several together. There was even talk by one campaigner of using the structures for other things, such as downloading music. How cool is that?

Funny, yesterday I walked past the British Embassy and really wanted to go in and shoot their phone booth--a classic red, wood box, nothing fancy like this. It was so very English. I'm sure they'll be keeping it.

Cool shadows, and it IS good to talk...I talk too much perhaps. Never shut up really. I can go on forever, sometimes no one even listens. Makes me wonder why I keep yammering on, but I do. See, like right now. This is MOST inappropriate place to go on like a nutter, but I feel like it. SO what's new, Chris??? I'm fine. Nice weather here today, perhaps the rain has stopped for a few days, I hope so....Well, then, I better move on to pester other folks, have a great day!! XXX

I caught a snippet on the news today saying that telephone boxes are about to go.
I never heard the full item so I don't know if it's true.
