Yes, the added noise in the B/W copy made the file rather large.
I like to leave an image like this one, big enough to allow for it to be seen in either large or original so that the detail can be seen.
Thinking of those without broadband I chose to go for the smaller coloured option.
interesting contrast between the red car, plain bldg, & nice blue sky . . .other contrast is the seemingly disrepair of the bldg & the nice clean appearing car!! LOL!
Chris: I'm confused. Just about to comment and say how delightful this black and white image was. But its suddenly turned to colour. Have you just replaced it?!
