This is the present view from north doorway of St. Paul’s.

Temple Bar was constructed in 1672 across The Strand in London.
In 1889 it was removed to Theobalds Park in Hertfordshire.
It is now being moved again so as to form a link between Paternoster Square and St. Paul’s.
