Vegetables ready for roasting

Today I cooked Roast Beef with Yorkshire Puddings and Roast Vegetables.
Potatoes, Swede, Parsnips, Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Fennel, Onions and Garlic.
All mixed with Fines Herbes and Olive Oil.

IT WAS GOOD.................

Wonderful idea, Chris! The colors are all so harmonious, the shapes intruiging - and you've captured it with perfect lighting. Very nicely done! Wish I could have been there for supper! LOL
