I had a dream

Lago Vista

I’ve been playing with in camera multiple exposures of late. It’s getting to be more rewarding. On the D850 there’s 3 different blend effects you can set it for: Add, average and darken. Same things taken and really different results. I learned that it makes a difference whether you take the brightest part of the image first, or the darker first. But that does not stick in my head, until I try it out again next time. This Is 6 exposures moving the camera slightly each time, but I think at least one exposure was just of the dark part of the water. The soft focus is probably because I used my 50 Nikon at between 1.4 and 2.2 just to see what the result would be. Soft morning light really helped with not over exposing. I think it was the averaged setting.
I postprocessed the jpg image here in the photoshop express App on my ipad and not the raw image of the D850 on the computer. I know that’s counterintuitive to the point of the D850 but just the way Ive felt of late. I’ve had an aversion for sitting and PP on my computer. I seem to lose the exact EXIF info using the Photoshop Express App.. If anyone really wants to know it let me know and I’ll check my raw image.
