On sunday I joined an excursion through The Hague led by a geologist explaining us about all the rock used in buildings and monuments. Armed with a magnifying glass we excavated walls and pavements looking for geological structures and fossils. Here we are at the statue of a former king where the group is focussing on a tiny sea collony of whatevers.
